Oil World & Nova Energi Join Forces
OWJ Nova was formed through the merger of Nova Energi, and Oil World Jobs Sdn Bhd, combining their expertise in the oil and gas/energy manpower sector. Nova Energi primarily focused on supplying and supporting clients in the engineering, fabrication, and construction sector. They offered their global expertise across various projects, ranging from fixed platform projects to FLNG, FPSO, FSO, and more. Their client base included super majors, independents, large EPC contractors, and small conceptual design consultants across all five continents
Oil World Jobs Sdn Bhd specialized in providing premium manpower services to the offshore and onshore drilling industry, as well as the subsea/marine engineering and Geological sectors. With over 30 years of experience, they excelled in delivering efficient and essential manpower services to the oil and gas industry.
Collaborating on several projects over the years, the founders of Oil World Jobs and Nova Energi recognized the opportunity to merge their expertise post-COVID. This merger allowed them to offer clients a more comprehensive and substantial quality of service, covering the entire oil and gas industry. Moreover, the merger increased their global outreach, enabling OWJ Nova to provide services for any project, in any scope, in any country worldwide.

Welcome to OWJ Nova “formerly Nova Energi & Oil World Jobs”
We are please to announce the merger of Oil World Jobs Sdn Bhd and Nova Energi to create an all encompassing Energy manpower and solutions provider.
Both companies have worked on projects together throughout their history successfully in part to both founders having both a professional and very close personal relationship for over 15 years.
As Oil World Jobs sdn bhd specialised in the marine, offshore & Onshore Drilling sector and Gelogical sectors and Nova Energi operating within the Engineering, construction, fabrication and commissioning area it made perfect perfect sense to join forces to create OWJ Nova a business that service our client from the inception of an oil field supporting our clients though E&P to providing small to large scale scope of manpower throughout the engineering & build right up to geo survey and ultimately Drilling and first oil (or gas).
